will eat lots of almonds will make people fat ?
i had a lots of almonds these days, i bought one big pack of dole ice-bag vegetable, and put 2 tbsp of light peanut butter inside and mix with almonds..
i still eat a lots of them ,,will it make me gain weight ?
i hear ed that the fat in whole kinds of nuts are not the "fat " its a special fat that body need to take
Of course!!! healthy food does not mean it's an eat-all-you-want-buffet! calories are calories when the chips are down (no pun intended)
