Regarding Israel's Law of Return - What About Utah?
The Book of Mormon is considered by some to be a religious history of one of the ten Lost Tribes, by hypothesis, one which possibly that settled in North America in 2000 B.C.

Assuming like-evidence is present with records at the LDS Temple in Salt Lake City to convince Israel that all Mormons
are another wandering body of refugees amid a distant Utah
desert, no less equal than the Tribe of Dan, and like Falashas
desired to let them be assimilated anew in the Holy Land will American Mormons be inclined to favor this Jewish proposal?
Mormons make no claim that the individuals in the Book of Mormon are one of the "lost tribes" or their descendants. The bulk of the Book of Mormon was written by the descendants of 2 specific families, and not an entire tribe.
It wouldn't surprise me a bit if there were some Jewish-like customs in South America in the 17th century.
FYI, the LDS temple isn't where things are kept and stored (like records, etc). The church has office buildings and storage facilities for such things.
Mormons generally feel a certain closeness to the Jews and the Jewish faith.
About half of the members of the church live in the US. Of those, most have European ancestry. Mormons don't globally claim any kind of blood relationship to the Native Americans or to the 12 tribes of Israel.
